ذكر تقرير إخباري أن الأمير البريطاني هاري اتصل بجدته الملكة إليزابيث الثانية، طالبا منها السماح بقدومه إلى إنجلترا للمشاركة في الاحتفالات التاريخية بمناسبة اليوبيل البلاتيني لوجودها على العرش.

ويضيف: "لدى الأمير هاري توق للعودة، لكن ما هو أبعد من هذه العودة. ونقل عن مصدر قوله إن الأمير قرر العودة بشكل أساسي من أجل تقديم المساعدة، وهذا يعني أنه سيعود منفردا".
